It's A Girl!

After much anticipation, we have conclusive evidence . . . It's a Girl! And she is totally healthy. Was great to see all her perfect little parts and she doesn't stop moving, which I can corroborate from all the little movements I've been feeling. Great news. Also, I've been given an official due date of February 10th - which literally means that there is a 95% chance she won't be born on that day. I also learned that I'm now closer to 19 weeks, 18 and 5 days to be exact. So things are going great.
Lots of love and check out the new poll!

Yay for healthy little girls! I have to admit I thought the following would have been the choices in the poll for a name:

Debbie
Benet
Coco
Gabby

Oh the Sonoran days! Glad to hear you are feeling well.

Ingabord is grandpa'schoice. Lot of choice's for nick name. Inga? Bored? Gabo? All very catchy. We are so excited. Delightful sreaming in oregon for you all. Tried to call left message. Is she an active little girl already? She will grow up just fast enough to be the first Female presidential candidate nominated by both parties. So cool.

Ingabord is definately hip and 'in vogue' but Hildagaard has an almost 'timeless' quality to it, I feel...
Congratulations!! WE LOVE GIRLS!! (We love boys, too.) But, ya know... :) xoxo So much love.

Is it to early for an arranged marriage with Max? ;-) Congratulations! I'm glad to hear that she's doing well. Now if only I could remember what my vote was. I guess I'll have to remember it as "girl"...yes, that was it!

Wow! Wonderful! Being the first daughter and "The Best" (and the only) girl, I can only imagine how much love this kiddo is going to get!
This Gramma is thinking Ingaborg(d)... Borg for short, because.... "resistance is futile" and she'll get all the hugs she wants!
Currently reading a book and one of the heroine's name is Dolphina. Don't you dare... Certainly put a smile on my face in the midst of a gripping drama. February 10 is a nice round number... Both JJJ and JGJ were due March 14 and yet perfect results on 2 weeks "early" and 2 weeks "later". What a wonderful time we will all have as this little girl"s life unfolds and she brings us such joy by just being with us!

Just so nobody worries, Hildagaard and Ingaborg are just for giggles. They're names my grandfather used to joke with me about. The chosen name will be kept secret until she's born, just for fun, and trust me, it won't be either of the two names above (not to offend anyone who thinks they're perfectly fine Scandinavian names! :)

...which reminds me of a story...my dad thought my cousin Katie was joking about naming her baby Penelope if it was a girl...turns out she wasn't. Fortunately somebody clued Dad in before he did any real damage.

Wowie Zowie - a girl! Perhaps with all the activity in the womb, the little Jagger princess will be a calm and well behaved perfect little angel on the outside. I guess not so likely with the chick genetics she's got - sorry Justin - she'll probably end up a handful and a half, just like the rest of us Jagger gals!

Lots of kisses to the belly sent from Seth and I in NYC. Love to you, all three!

We're so excited for you two. She's destined to be a cutie! Abby was born on Feb. 10th and Ethan on the 16th.
